A. Depending on part availability this repair will be completed and sent out within 48hrs of arrival. If you are coming into our store we could provide you with a 1-2hrs service.
Q. The price quoted on your site does that includes parts and labor?
A. All of our prices quoted include all parts and labor for that specific repair.
Q. What is the price for return shipping?
A. Return shipping via Australia Post Express is $8 Nationwide.
Q. When I send/ bring my machine in for repair do I need to also include the cables?
A. No, you do not need to bring your cables, as Repair Central will have all the cables/ accessories necessary for your console.
Q. Can i send my console in if my problem is not listed ?
A. Absolutely we do not charge any consultation fee.
